Michael Okpara University of Agriculture (MOUA), originally the Federal University of Agriculture, is a federal university in Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria established as a specialized University in 1992. It was established with the goal of modernizing agriculture and filling the vacuum in food and fiber production.
