Participation and social integration in the Universidad de Valladolid
The Volunteer Association of the Universidad de Valladolid is an initiative that emerged in 1997, the International Year of Tolerance, and conceived as a reinforcing agent of balanced social and economic development. The Association is composed of teachers, students, alumni, and others affiliated with the University. Student and staff volunteers have opportunities to work with local, national, and international organizations in areas including international development, social inclusion, youth, immigration, health, and technology.
