The For Youth, By Youth Movement is a global, youth‑led force shaped by the collective vision, commitments, and aspirations expressed by its members. We stand as a community of like‑minded changemakers—truth‑seekers, bridge‑builders, and innovators—working to transform our local and global realities through collaboration, integrity, inclusivity, and sustained action.

We envision a movement that transcends projects and cohorts, one that builds long‑term systems that enable young leaders to grow, connect, and contribute beyond their initial engagement. Our members call for continuity in action, impact, and momentum: alumni channels, global ambassador networks, regenerative labs, archives of shared knowledge, and flexible programming that adapts across time zones, geographies, and contexts. Sustainability is not an option but a promise—to ensure the movement lives beyond us and remains rooted in community needs.

For Youth, By Youth must be inclusive, accessible, and deeply reflective of the diversity of youth worldwide. This includes multilingual engagement, disability inclusion, representation of ethnically diverse and gender diverse individuals, non‑students and those outside traditional educational pathways, and cultural visibility across regions. We commit to creating spaces where everyone feels valued, empowered, and celebrated, and where collaboration replaces delegation. Youth leaders from every country should feel they have a place in this movement.

We uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our members emphasize ethical conduct, safeguards for resources, consistent feedback loops, and honest communication. We champion hope, creativity, and bold ideas—embracing out‑of‑the‑box thinking, design‑driven approaches, and solutions that respond directly to the lived realities of learners and communities.

This movement is action‑oriented. We commit to showing up, supporting one another, sharing opportunities, and elevating each other’s projects. We will collaborate with universities, private partners, and local communities to benchmark innovative practices, strengthen school‑to‑work transitions, and expand ecosystems of impact. We champion global relevance grounded in local action—collecting data, documenting our work, and building measures of success that reflect real change.

For Youth, By Youth is unapologetically vocal in standing up for its values. Through storytelling, social media, community engagement, and visibility within universities and public spaces, we amplify our voices and broaden our reach.
