Gaima Sarah

Gaima Sarah is an Information Systems and Technology graduate and a Mastercard Foundation Scholar Alumna from Makerere University, passionate about using digital solutions to enhance efficiency in agriculture and healthcare. Currently, she serves as a Customer Support Intern at Tiko, where she assists in troubleshooting digital platforms and improving user experience. Her previous roles at KCB Bank and Roke Telkom have strengthened her skills in IT support, software maintenance, and customer service.

Gaima will be pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Computing in Education (online) for Fall 2025-2026 at the American University of Beirut – AUB, aiming to integrate technology into education and community development. Beyond her professional work, she is committed to developing digital health solutions and promoting sustainable agriculture. She has led initiatives such as the Aamalz Poultry Digital Platform and participated in the Aviation Waste Innovation Challenge. As a member of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars and African Leadership Academy networks, she continuously seeks opportunities to drive impact through technology.
