University of Cape Coast (Ghana)

The University of Cape Coast is a public university located in Cape Coast, Ghana.  University of Cape Coast has two experiential learning programs that enable students to enhance their academic experience in the classroom.  The Supervised Enterprise Project (SEP) “allows students to spend 6 to 8 months in the field working with farmers to actually experience the realities of farming systems and agribusiness through planning, management and evaluation of their action-oriented and farmer focused projects.”  Similar to the SEP, the Supervised Community Development Project (SCDP), allows to students to partake in community based work, but the SCDP focuses specifically on students in the Agribusiness program.   University of Cape Coast’s Website>>
