Introduction

As part of the For Youth, By Youth movement, students receive individual coaching for personalized wellness support and guidance. Year One of the program focuses on individual wellness and resiliency as well as the development of storytelling and action research skills. Participants receive one-on-one coaching and mentoring as well as group training. Through this, youth are provided with support and encouraged to care for their emotional, mental, and physical health.
